Develop a furniture range under your brand, starting with the products, specifications and order model you need.
Discuss sofas, beds, dining tables, chairs and armchairs with YEINIHOME in Foshan. Bring your selected references or design brief so the proposed furniture, branding requirements and supply responsibilities can be reviewed together.
Identify the models you want to review and the quantity of each. Review the current configuration, materials and quotation for those selections. Customer-brand labels or packaging require your written brand authorisation.
Bring your required dimensions, fabric, colour and finish references. Keep each requested change linked to a model so feasibility, samples and cost effects can be assessed.
Share drawings or references you are authorised to use, together with the intended construction and quantity. Agree the development scope, ownership and approval requirements before sample work.
Private label, OEM and white label can describe different arrangements. State who supplies the design, what may be changed, where your brand should appear and whether exclusivity is requested. These details need written agreement for the selected products.
BUILD THE COLLECTION
Sofas, Beds And Dining Furniture
Sofas & Armchairs
Review seating dimensions, module arrangements, upholstery and the reference sample for each model.
Showroom and furniture reference photographs illustrate selections to discuss. Branding rights, modifications and supply terms require model-specific confirmation.
A CLEAR FIRST DISCUSSION
Keep Your Brand Requirements Beside Each Model
A request to “put our logo on the furniture” leaves several decisions open. Separate the furniture specification from product labels, carton artwork, SKU codes and assembly information. Mark each requirement as requested, proposed or approved so an early discussion is not mistaken for a final production instruction.
Brief Detail
What To Provide Or Confirm
Products & Quantities
Your item code, selected reference, initial quantity per model and expected repeat-order pattern.
Design & Materials
Drawings, dimensions, construction requirements, fabrics and finish references; label undecided details.
Brand Presentation
Requested product label, logo placement, carton artwork, SKU or barcode format and assembly-information language.
Samples & Approval
What needs review, who signs off and the specification revision the sample represents.
Packing & Delivery
Destination, proposed receiving partner, packing needs and whether orders are to be grouped or sent separately.
Commercial Conditions
One-piece minimum per model; 50% deposit and 50% balance. Confirm any development or branding charges, payment milestones, production timing and after-sales arrangements.
For a later order, retain both your own item code and the agreed product reference. Review any change in materials, construction, packaging or timing against the approved version before treating it as an identical repeat.
REVIEW BEFORE YOU REORDER
Connect Samples To The Agreed Specification
Sample production is available before a bulk order. Specify whether you need a material sample, a construction detail or a complete furniture item. Confirm the review, fees and production-release conditions for that request.
Material, colour and dimensional checks form part of production review. Discuss independent inspection early, including its scope, timing and the records needed for the selected furniture.
Request model-specific material specifications and any relevant test documentation. The documents, warranty terms and claims procedure need to match the product and destination; a general factory photograph does not establish product certification.
Bed-frame assembly at our own factory. Use the approved model specification to define the review.
ORDER MODEL & RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm The First Order And The Route To Your Market
Initial & Repeat Quantities
Furniture orders start at one piece per model. List the initial quantity and any sample request separately from a possible repeat-order forecast. Confirm the specification and any development or branding charges for your selection.
Consolidation & Receiving
If you want several customer orders grouped, identify the items, intended dispatch window and receiving warehouse or logistics partner. Confirm the possible grouping and handling scope in the proposal.
Shipping & After-Sales Scope
Ask for the delivery arrangement and named destination, with freight assumptions, receiving responsibilities and any separate charges. Agree how defects, transit damage and replacement-part requests will be documented and reviewed.
The furniture minimum is one piece per model, with 50% deposit and 50% balance payment. Confirm the payment milestones, production timing, shipment transit and any branding charges in the order. Direct delivery to individual consumers, stockholding and DDP service require separate confirmation; they are not included automatically in a private-label discussion.
Yes. Customer-brand labels or packaging require an authorisation letter from the customer. Send your proposed models, design brief and branding requirements; confirm the application, artwork and any design restrictions for that range.
Can I Start With An Existing Model?
You can identify existing furniture references for review. Ask which materials or dimensions can be adapted and what branding arrangement can be agreed. Selecting a model does not by itself establish exclusive rights to that design.
Is One Piece Per Model Accepted?
Yes. Furniture orders start at one piece per model. State whether you need a sample, a first customer order or a repeat-order arrangement. Confirm the selected specification, branding authorisation and any separate charges in the quotation.
Can An Online Retailer Discuss A Made-To-Order Arrangement?
Yes. Explain your expected order pattern, whether you hold stock and where goods should be received. Production, order grouping, delivery and after-sales responsibilities need agreement before you offer that arrangement to your customers.
Can I Request Specifications, Test Documents And Inspection?
List the selected models and destination requirements. Ask for relevant specifications and available documentation, then agree any additional testing or independent inspection. Do not treat a general service description as certification for a particular product.
What Prices, Payment Terms And Lead Times Apply?
Payment is 50% deposit and 50% balance. Request prices against the selected models, quantities, materials, branding and packing requirements. Confirm the payment milestones and production starting point, with international transport and receiving dates stated separately.
