Sample production is available before a bulk order. Agree what the sample must show, who reviews it and how any accepted changes will be recorded.

Keep Changes Attached To The Furniture Item
If a dimension, finish or construction detail changes, record the item code, previous revision, proposed revision and the person authorised to approve it. Ask for any price or timing change to be identified before the revised item is released for production.

How Should We Approve A Finish Change?
Identify the furniture item and the material reference being replaced. Keep the approved sample and revised specification together, and confirm any effect on price or timing before proceeding.
Does The Furniture Order Include Site Installation?
Confirm installation, site handling, fitted work and other services separately in the quotation. A room image or design drawing does not establish the included supply scope.
